NBA 2K23 All Takeovers: Tier List

In NBA 2K23, Takeovers are special abilities players can trigger during gameplay. These abilities can significantly boost a player's performance and help turn the game's tide in the team's favor. The takeover is a new feature that allows players to improve their MyPLAYER score by completing certain NBA 2K23 objectives. There are three different takeovers, each for a different player type. Breaker takeovers improve layup and dunk ratings, shooter takeovers improve jumper ratings, and interior scorer takeovers increase interior scoring percentage.

There are four types of takeovers in NBA 2K23: Inside Scoring, Outside Scoring, Playmaking, and Rebounding. Each type of takeover is associated with a specific player attribute and activates when that attribute reaches a certain threshold. For example, when a player's outside shooting attribute reaches 90%, outside scoring takeover will be activated. 

Players can only activate one takeover at a time, and each TAKEOVER has its cooldown before it can be used again. Also, using takeovers drains some of the player's stamina, so it's essential to use them wisely. Once activated, the takeover will remain active for the remainder of the game or until the player is replaced. However, if the player triggers another TAKEOVER while one is already happening, the first takeover will be deactivated and replaced with the new takeover.

Players must first fill up MyPLAYER's Takeover Meter to activate a takeover by completing various in-game tasks such as scoring, rebounding, or delivering assists. Once the meter is full, players can choose to start their desired takeover by pressing the corresponding button on the controller. Once activated, the player's associated score will increase significantly for a short period. Takeovers are an excellent way for players to outsmart their opponents in NBA 2K23. It's also worth mentioning that each player type has unique animations and sound effects that play when the associated takeover is activated.
