In NBA 2K23 Season 2, follow Booker's trail as he leads you to great rewards. Decide who's friend or foe and prove you belong in the league's top scorer title race.

This season will feel like the Wild West, with the Phoenix Suns, Dallas Mavericks, and more hoping to pan for gold by lifting the Larry O'Brien Trophy. The Golden State Warriors have a goal on their backs after positioning themselves as the best player in the West last season -- will anyone stand in their way? MC Mode

In the Wild West, anyone can make a name for themselves; the same goes for The City and Cargo Carriers. Whether in the new or current generation, MyCAREER provides a source of opportunity where you can duel players around the world on the field and gain notoriety as an elite hooligan. Season 2 set the stage for some high-scoring shootouts with themed Wild West pitches and artwork. Challenge matches and earn experience points to redeem for new rewards, including a new jumper meter and release, a skeleton outfit, and a level 40 Jabbawockeez outfit. It's time to prepare for the NBA regular season and the ghost season of NBA 2K23.

The Wild West sets the scene for Season 2, but you'll also experience the fun and horror of Halloween. We're hosting some spooky events in October to get you in the Halloween spirit. "The Long Night" returns, casting a 24-hour night shadow over the city. Hit the court under darkness and illuminate your defender with a 3-point spell. Grab your pillowcase, put on your best clothes, enjoy a night of trick-or-treating or treats, and visit select locations for holiday rewards.

MT Mode

Our featured player, Devin Booker, the Level 40 reward for Season 2! Those who have experienced his Sapphire pre-order or his Ruby Series 1 card know the potential of Booker player cards on the MyTEAM court, this level 40 reward showcases his shooting, scoring, and all-around game-making to lead your most Great lineup! The Sun's guard and NBA 2K23 cover athlete will be available as Pink Diamonds to those who reach level 40 in experience over the next six weeks.

Start your journey with the tier 1 reward, free agent Nikola Jokic! Fresh off back-to-back MVP seasons, the free agent started gaining experience by letting everyone experience the greatness of Jokic in MyTEAM. You can also expect to join Emerald Trey Jones, Bogdan Bogdanovich Sapphire Hotel, and Ruby Michal Thompson on your way to level 40. Each of these NBA 2K23 rewards has exclusive agendas for you to earn more XP and new Spotlight challenges to improve your MyTEAM.

At level 32, everyone can get a non-auctionable version of the Amethyst Zion Williamson card from the Season 1 Intensity release! Seeing Zion back on the court inspired us to add his Amethyst to the Season 2 level rewards, and the card will also feature a new dynamic duo with the season reward Emerald Trey Jones. This earnable duo from Tre & Zion's college days will return memories of 2019 and level them up with boosted stats, badges, and overall ratings!

Back in the modern NBA, let's talk about moments. With the '23 NBA: Series 1 cards representing the Token Market's current roster, adding players needed to complete the Moment Agenda with rewards, XP, and special moment rewards players will be easier than ever!

A new "Moment Rewind" group will be brought to the Skills Challenge section each week for a more consistent release of moment content. These challenges will require you to complete lineup requirements and beat win conditions, and some skill challenge games will end as soon as you complete these win conditions. Look for this group every Wednesday for new rewards to improve your MyTEAM and fill out your trophy box collection.

How many collections have you completed in the trophy box? Each NBA franchise features 15 won event cards celebrating each team's various moments and achievements, and each series has a powerful Pink Diamond player's completion reward. In Season 1, you can complete a total of 5 sets, and if they're from the same division, they also offer the first Galaxy Opal player card in NBA 2K23's MyTEAM!

In Season 2, everyone will have more options to complete their trophy case collection. In fact, over 10 "hub" exchange cards will be available for you to bring to The Exchange to choose which team rarities to add to your trophy chest. Yes, that means some truly elite members of the MyTEAM community will be playing with 99 Dark Matter Julius Owen or Tim Duncan by the end of Season 2! They must complete the Eastern or Western Conference's 15 trophy chest collection to get these cards.

While encountering dark matter online in MyTEAM is rightfully daunting, know that adding all those extra center cards to MyTEAM will give everyone more opportunities to complete their trophy box collection. Look for these new additions throughout MyTEAM, including earning centerpieces and other trophy case cards with your friends in Triple Threat Online: Co-op!

To kick off Season 2, you can look forward to an improved theme for our Season Cards. Season 2 Select Cards will return, but instead of repeating Volumes 1, 2, and 3, the biweekly player cards will be uniquely themed, and we'll start with some Halloween-themed cards. Keep in mind that these cards will be out of the market in two weeks on November 4th, and all of these collectibles will once again be rewarded with completion rewards for new rewarding players.

If you hold any prize balls in your collection, be sure to use them and have them unlock hidden rewards. You'll want to open up your basketball card slot when Halloween comes and get ready.
